To The Nines is a sophisticated restaurant lead by Chef Lopez, Chef Smith and Chef Traub, along with Central 9 Career Center Culinary Students. The restaurant features a fine-dining experience with a menu that is created each week to take advantage of the culinary students discovery of unique dishes in the test kitchen.
First used in the 18th Century, the phrases 'to the nines' is used to indicate perfection or the highest standards. Breakfast is served Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30-10:00 a.m. Lunch is served Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 12-2p.m.
