Mission Statement
We provide the necessary facilities, appropriate equipment, technological instruction, and learning environment relevant to business and industrial needs in order to enhance student success.
Goals
1. Facilities: Annually, by the June Board meeting, develop and update a Facilities Audit that includes recommendations for capital investments of building and grounds as well as instructional equipment in the fashion of a three-year plan.
2. Full Facilities: Maximize enrollment capacities by the 2012-2013 school year from each school corporation while emphasizing appropriate placement and technical/academic integration. Ensure that all adult and continuing education programs are self-sufficient (hard and soft costs) by July 1, 2014.
3. Leadership: Develop, foster, nurture, and encourage a high-performing, highly effective administrative leadership team as measured by a nationally recognized cultural assessment to be conducted in January, 2011.
4. Programming: Provide state-of-the-art technological and experiential experiences in a satisfactory learning environment, as measured and justified by student achievement criteria determined by local, state, and national standards.
